TOILET HIRE ARRANGEMENTS

Toilets on trailers have been reserved as shown below.

If an event organiser wants a change, eg extra dates, more or less units or to cancel, contact Coates direct: PH: 9359 7000, otherwise just turn up with a suitable towing vehicle.

Pick up must be on the Friday prior to the event and return on the Monday after, between 9 – 5
from Coates Prestige Hire, 39 Harrison Rd, Forrestfield. 

Each toilet will be on a separate trailer so when two units are required two towers will be needed. 

Allow 30 minutes at the depot for pick up. 
Before driving off ensure that the units have been cleaned and serviced, actually work, ie flush, and are supplied with toilet paper. 

Some units spill flush water while being towed and may run out at events.  Please top up the reservoir before leaving home, if possible again en route close to the event and/or ask the Organiser to bring extra water to use on the day.  

Hand wash gear and possibly extra toilet paper will be needed from the Shed. Cleaning gear may be useful, especially at two day events.

If for some reason a unit is unusable, make sure the OAWA treasurer is given the details, so that he can dispute payment.  

Cost is $120 each, but OAWA has an account with Coates so you do not have to pay personally.
